A: Not at all—just let us know how to access your home (e.g., door code or key). We’ll send a text when we’re on the way and again when we finish.
Q: What should I do before you arrive?
A: Please tidy up personal items (toys, laundry, dishes), so we can focus on cleaning. For deep or move-out cleans, empty spaces help us be most efficient.
Q: What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
A: We stand behind our work. If something wasn’t cleaned to your expectations, let us know within 24 hours—we’ll come back and make it right, free of charge.
Q: What if I have pets?
A: We love pets! Please let us know in advance so we can be prepared. We ask that aggressive or anxious pets be safely contained during the clean.

A: We understand plans change. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25 late cancellation fee.
